How do you verify users?

We require identity verification for all users and only accept secure payment methods. This helps ensure that both renters and hosts can trust who they’re working with. We use a third party to verify identities and run a background check on every renter and host. We also must approve the space before it may be listed. Each Host and Renter will be reviewed after each rental, and you must keep at least a 4.0 star average to stay on the platform.

What if there’s a dispute between a host and renter?
