By accessing and using Prlio ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at prlio.com (the "Service") operated by Prlio, Inc.
Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Host Responsibilities
As a host, you agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of your storage space
- Ensure your space is safe and accessible as described
- Comply with all local laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Respond promptly to renter inquiries
- Honor confirmed bookings
Renter Responsibilities
As a renter, you agree to:
- Use the storage space only for lawful purposes
- Store only permitted items as specified by the host
- Treat the space and property with respect
- Follow all access rules and guidelines
- Pay all fees on time
- Remove all items by the end of the rental period
You may not use our Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- To collect or track the personal information of others
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
Payments and Fees
Service Fees
Prlio charges service fees to both hosts and renters. These fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy set by individual hosts and our platform policies.
Liability and Insurance
Prlio provides $1M liability insurance for hosts, but this does not cover all situations. Users are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of stored items. Renters should ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage for their belongings.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Prlio, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and contact us to request account deletion.
Disclaimer
The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
